We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. if there are any issues with the products supplied please contact us by e-mail immediately.

We adhere to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and the OFT approved SafeBuy Code of Practice. This gives personal customers using this site 14 days in which to return unwanted goods for a refund.

Licences cannot always be returned but in some circumstances can be exchanged e.g. where a Mac licence has been ordered but Windows is required. Please contact us if you have a problem with the software.
