Delivery Information

All our software is downloaded by the end user from the manufacturers web site.

We will e-mail licence keys, download locations and/or create an account to authorise and activate the software for the contracted period.

Our web site will allow you to place and order at any time of the day or night, 365 days of the year. Processing of orders and issuing of subscriptions is dependent upon the business hours of the software manufacturer and their distributors. All of software is sourced from Authorised UK Distributors who issue subscriptions during UK business hours. Subscriptions can take up 8 standard business hours to be available for use. You will receive an e-mail with full details of how to access your software, please ensure your e-mail system does not block e-mails from and send our e-mails to SPAM.

We do not automatically renew subscriptions as we do not have access to your card details, they are held securely by our card payments processor.

If you need any assistance with the software you have purchased, please do not hesitate to contact us.As your UK reseller, we are here to support you, and answer any questions you may have. In the event of a problem you should always call us first. If we cannot resolve the issue we will escalate to UK or European  support teams and manage the issue on your behalf. In most cases, if you call the manufacturer you will always be referred back to us as your reseller.
