Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations). We only hold data provided by you for the purposes of processing your order and managing any ongoing subscription. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

educandi does not disclose buyers information to third parties other than the Authorised Distributor of the software you have ordered. We will pass on only information required to process the order.

All payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. They will process your payment and make it available to us. We have no access to your card details. If we refund your payment we will request them to send the funds back to the card used for payment. We cannot refund to any other card or bank account.

We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). Any e-mails we send will be solely related to the product you have ordered i.e. details of software upgrades or patches, subscription renewal reminders, relevant special offers e.g. discounts and deals for products you are already using and that you qualify for.
