Like many computer programs, SketchUp requires certain hardware and software specifications in order to install and run. These are basic requirements, though, so you may want to use our recommended suggestions to improve performance. Summary of Windows Requirements Software An internet connection is required to install and authorize SketchUp and to use some of the features. Trimble Sketchup Serial Numbers

Please note that serial numbers are now only issued for Educational Lab licences, there will be no future perpetual licences for SketchUp. All commercial, student and NFP subscription activations are controlled via your Trimble account. Sketchup serial numbers are specific to a version of the software, for instance, a Sketchup Pro 2019 licence will not work with Sketchup Pro 2020. Changing the first letter of your licence will not make it work in another version. Here's another Quick Win from the Sketchup YouTube channel, a great place to pick up skills and tips for Sketchup Pro. The Sketchup YouTube channel can be found at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC50lv4EYY1N1_-B495meX8w In SketchUp Pro 2020, you have the ability to use the move tool on a group or component. When you do this, you can move the group by clicking on any of the geometry in the group or move over a corner, click and move from that point. This works excellently when you are moving something to a back corner.
