If you are having problems logging in using your Sketchup subscription it could just be that you have already used the allocation of two authorizations per licence. To release all the activations take the following steps: Go into your Account Management Portal - https://ecom-prd.trimblepaas.com/account// and click on My Products and then View Included Applications Click Manage Devices and this window will pop up Click to "Deauthorize All" and this will remove all activations. Logging in again as you launch Sketchup will authorise your computer again.
