A new Trimble sign-in process is expected to go live on 15th Jan , all users will be forced to sign out across all products.
Subscribers using 2019.3, 2020, & 2021 may see 'confusing' messages related to entitlement server problems. The fix for this is for users to sign out, restart and sign back in.
Some SketchUp desktop clients will have issues in displaying to the user that they have been signed out. Restarting and signing back in should fix this.
You can sign out from various screens via the profile icon in the top right
or from the Help menu.
    • If errors persist, users can completely reset their sign in state by deleting their ​​login_session.dat file.
      • For Mac users, locate the login_session.dat file in your Library folder. (The path for this file should be Library/ApplicationSupport/SketchUp[Version Year]/login_session.dat)

      • For Windows users the file is located in C:\Users\*USERNAME*\AppData\Roaming\SketchUp\SketchUp VERSION\SketchUp

You can quickly get to the folder with all versions by pasting %appdata%/sketchup into an file explorer address bar
